Extensive recruitment experience across the UK & Ireland, Singapore, France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, DACH & Nordic regions.

Based in Teddington, we are looking to recruit a Customer focused account manager to retain & grown existing clients within the Telecom’s / I.T sector.

Clients range from Tier 1 Telco’s, Service providers, vendors & global integrators.

Provide both Permanent & Contract resources across the EMEA region.

The Role

  • Managing International client relationships, leveraging to develop & generate new roles.
  • Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
  • Sourcing Candidates – attracting applicants passively, or may actively reach out to prospective employees individually (through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn or through schools or programming boot camps).
  • Screening Candidates – Once an individual expresses interest and enters the application process, screen the candidate for the client company’s job requirements and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit with company culture.
  • Arranging Interviews – If the candidate passes the initial stage of assessment, the recruiter arranges interviews between the job candidate and key staff within the client company.
  • Coordinating Compensation Packages – After the decision is made to offer the position to the candidate, the recruiter explains the compensation package the company is offering and helps navigate any negotiation over salary and other benefits
