Contract role – Amsterdam based – Part time – 1 day p/w
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a highly flexible, part-time role supporting an established HR setup. This position is perfect for someone who wants consistent work with minimal hours, ideal for parents, or professionals balancing another part-time role.
You will be managing existing HR systems and processes, not reshaping or rebuilding the function. The focus is on dependable operational support rather than strategic change.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine HR operations within current frameworks
- Support Employee Relations (ER) matters
- Assist with Works Council communication and processes
- Advise on TUPE, redundancies, and contract updates
- Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law
- Work closely with an English-speaking manager and international team
Experience in the tech industry is a bonus but not required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Manager in the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation
- Familiarity with Works Council processes, redundancy handling, TUPE, and ER issues
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent English
- Able to operate independently and manage local HR needs
- Availability for 1 day per week
